These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services provided by Neat Networth ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Neat Networth provides household appliance repair services including but not limited to:
- Washing machine repair and maintenance
- Dishwasher repair and installation
- Oven and cooker repair services
- Refrigerator and freezer repair
- Other household appliance repairs as offered
2. Service Terms
2.1 Appointments
- Service appointments must be scheduled in advance
- We will provide estimated arrival times but cannot guarantee exact timing
- Access to the appliance and premises is required for service
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur charges
2.2 Diagnosis and Estimates
- A call-out fee of £45 applies for service visits
- The call-out fee is waived if you proceed with the recommended repair
- Written estimates will be provided before commencing repair work
- Additional work beyond the original estimate requires your approval
2.3 Parts and Materials
- We use genuine manufacturer parts where possible
- Compatible parts may be used when genuine parts are unavailable
- Parts costs are additional to labour charges
- We are not responsible for delays due to parts availability
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Pricing
- Labour rates are £65-£90 per hour depending on service type and timing
- Emergency and out-of-hours services carry premium rates
- All prices include VAT where applicable
- Prices are subject to change without notice
3.2 Payment Methods
- Payment is due upon completion of service
- We accept cash, card, and bank transfer payments
- Late payment charges may apply to overdue accounts
4. Warranty and Guarantee
4.1 Service Guarantee
- All repair work is guaranteed for 12 months from completion date
- The guarantee covers the same fault and parts replaced
- The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse
- Guarantee is void if appliance is serviced by another provider
4.2 Parts Warranty
- Parts carry manufacturer warranty where applicable
- Defective parts will be replaced free of charge during warranty period
- Labour for warranty work is provided at no additional cost
5. Limitations and Exclusions
5.1 Service Limitations
- Some appliances may be beyond economic repair
- We reserve the right to refuse service for safety reasons
- Pre-existing damage or modifications may void guarantees
- Customer must provide safe working conditions
5.2 Liability Exclusions
- Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided
- We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages
- We are not responsible for existing damage or wear
- Customer insurance should cover accidental damage
6. Health and Safety
6.1 Gas Safety
- All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers
- Safety certificates provided for gas appliance work
- Unsafe gas appliances will be disconnected for safety
6.2 Electrical Safety
- Electrical work complies with current regulations
- Dangerous electrical conditions will be reported
- Customer responsible for adequate electrical supply
7. Data Protection
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection laws. Customer information is used solely for service delivery and legitimate business purposes.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by Neat Networth and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Website Use
9.1 Acceptable Use
- Website must be used lawfully and appropriately
- Do not attempt to harm or disrupt our systems
- Do not use automated systems to access our website
- Respect intellectual property rights
9.2 Website Availability
- We aim for high website availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
- Maintenance may require temporary service interruption
- Website content may be updated without notice
10. Termination
Either party may terminate service agreements with appropriate notice. Outstanding payments remain due upon termination. These Terms continue to apply to completed services.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.
13. Dispute Resolution
We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication. If necessary, disputes may be resolved through:
- Direct negotiation with management
- Industry trade association mediation
- Small claims court for monetary claims
- Trading Standards for service quality issues
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
